Travel is my passion!
Today's travelers are seeking a more personalized travel experience. I enjoy taking the travelers ideas and sculpting them into their dream vacation.
The important task I strive to accomplish is to fulfil my client's dream. With 25 plus years of agency experience, I've gained extensive knowledge of travel destinations and the ability to deliver the experience the client is seeking.
My travels include the Caribbean, Mexico, South America, Central America, Great Britain, Europe, Scandinavia, the Mediterranean and the United States.
I've experienced exploring the streets of Pompeii, viewing the ancient library in Ephesus, imaging the roar of the crowd in the Coliseum, savoring a freshly baked pretzel in Wurzburg, watching the sunset from the pier in Key West and standing in amazement on the rim of the Grand Canyon.
Each one of those experiences has made me want to share their wonder with my clients.

Casual walk on Bavaro Beach
I recently returned from an enjoyable stay with my wife at the Iberostar Grand Bavaro Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. When we arrived at the resort, we were met with a smiling face, cold citrus towel to refresh ourselves and a delicious tropical drink. After being checked in at the open air reception area, we were escorted to our suite. When the door was opened, we were met with a blast of cold air and a large suite with sitting area. A balcony, walk in shower, jetted tub and beverage bar completed our accommodations.
The Grand Bavaro is an adult only property however, you have privileges at their sister properties located next door and down the beach. The pool areas are pristine with cabanas, a beach bar and buffet restaurant with wonderful snack choices. The beach area is complete with white sand, groomed and free of debris. Palapas dot the beach area as well.
The main avenue of the resort is where you will find the bars, restaurants and entertainment. Fun fact, in the lagoon pool you will find a 3 mast schooner. Iberostar Resorts are owned by the Rossello family whose heritage is in the shoe making business. This schooner, dating back to the late 1800's, transported shoes to Central America from Spain. It now serves as a gathering spot for private functions and the hold houses the resorts disco.
I found the food at the resorts quite tasty. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style with dinner served at the resorts A'la Carte restaurants. They range from Italian, Japanese, Surf n Turf, Gourmet and Mediterranean. You need to make reservations during your stay. I found the beef offerings to be tender and delicious as well as the seafood.
All in all, a great visit to the Dominican Republic capped off by a awesome stay at the Iberostar Grand Bavaro.
